Getting to your appointment

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we have changed some of our protocols that will impact your visit. Rest assured, we are committed to providing our visitors, patients and staff with a safe environment while at Kensington.

If you have been to our clinic before, things may look a little different when you return. Click here for more information on how you can prepare for your appointment.

Entering 340 College St.

The front doors to 340 College St. are closed. In order to enter the building, you will have to enter through the back doors, which you can access from Brunswick St. or Major St.

There may be a line to enter the building. We ask that you stay 2 meters (6 feet) apart from the person ahead of you. There are floor markers installed to help guide you on appropriate physical distancing.

Everyone in the building, including patients, must wear a mask at all times. We ask that you put on your mask before entering the building. Cloth and home-made masks are acceptable. Failure to comply will result in appointment cancellation.

Screening

The Kensington screening station is in the lobby. Our screeners will take your temperature with a thermometer and ask you a series of questions.

If you refuse or do not pass screening, you will not be able to go to your appointment and must reschedule by telephone.

How to get to your clinic suite

There will be a longer than usual waiting time to use the elevators as only three people are allowed to use them at any given time. Once you enter the elevator, please use the floor markers to help guide you on appropriate physical distancing.

You may also use the stairs to get to your appointment, which are located by the back entrance, and at the end of each hall.

Arriving at your clinic

When you arrive at your clinic entrance, there may be a line to enter. We ask that you stay 2 meters (6 feet) away from the person ahead of you. There are floor markers installed to help guide you on appropriate physical distancing.
